    I want to ask something Sabeum🙏🏻 what kind of exercise to improve narae chagi in terms of speed and precision? And how to make my legs use it casually?

      Make sure you are flexible on front splits. And then you have to train your hip flexors as frontal leg raise to be fast with the lift.

    I think Taekwondo is a little behind the science in terms of going into stretches before warming up. As a kid, I could just drop into a split. For teenagers and adults without flexibility, stretching cold is not the best idea. Every school I’ve been to follows the same stretching routine before we even get moving.

      @@W1Taekwondoit looks like the Taekwondo answer to karate combat, more kickboxing than anything. Look up Komat Taekwondo. There’s several Oregon schools involved and most of them are Kukkiwon/WT but it’s open to all styles.

    I’m brand new to sparring, and have been struggling with the concept of avoiding kicks to the back of the opponent. I realize from watching this video that I’m approaching it from the perspective of a 2-dimensional plane when I should be thinking about how to move around my partner to make my kicks more effective.     I'm not used in doing much combos during sparing cause' I may get hit at the middle of it, what should I do to practice combo-ing more? Amazing video btw.

      practice on a bag or dummy. Combos are essential you can`t just use singular kicks.
